Pada usia 26 tahun, Jung Hae-in memulai peran utamanya sebagai Seon Joon-hee dalam drama Something in The Rain dan meniti kariernya hingga sekarang.

Sebelumnya pada 2013, Jung Hae-in pernah muncul dalam video musik AOA Black yang berjudul Moya.
